Pricing Options:

• Weekly Teams Classes - Only £7.50 per class payable a month in advance. This option gives you access to our live online Qigong classes every Friday at 10 am and access to the recorded library of classes. It's a fantastic way to kickstart your Qigong journey and experience the benefits of regular practice.

Trial Month-on-Month:

To ensure that our classes meet your needs and expectations, we offer this service month-on-month. This way, you can experience the benefits of Qigong and decide if it's the right path for you. We're confident that once you try it, you'll be eager to continue this empowering journey.

Join Us in December:

Ready to embrace the art of Qigong and take charge of your well-being? You can start at the beginning of any month.

December is a part-month as I am on annual leave, classes will be on 15th/22nd and 29th December for ONLY £22.50.
